• ​Glazing is a crucial step in the production of ceramic products. A good glaze should possess functions such as waterproofing, easy cleaning, sterilization, and stain resistance. But glazes also have a certain level of radioactivity.

• We use high-crystalline nano self-cleaning glaze to enhance self-cleaning properties while effectively reducing radiation.
• The glazing process employs a specialized small-caliber spray gun, which ensures a lighter and even application of glaze. This prevents water seepage and reduces radiation from the source.​
• These techniques employed by HONAUS result in glazes that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also possess enhanced functional properties while minimizing radiation.

• The traditional kiln relies on manual control and accounts for more than 80% of the industry. These kilns typically have lower temperatures, reaching only around 1000°C, and exhibit significant temperature variations within the kiln, resulting in unstable product quality.
• HONAUS utilizes the latest computer-controlled intelligent high-temperature kiln to ensure the best quality of products for all of our clients. It has temperatures exceeding 1280°C, and the temperature difference at any point within the kiln is less than 5°C，which comes with higher costs, but much better and more stable product quality.

• Every product produced by HONAUS undergoes multiple inspections to strictly monitor dimensions, sealing, glaze quality, and flushing force.
• HONAUS products go through three inspections before glazing to ensure compliance with size and surface features.
• After glazing, a fourth inspection is conducted to ensure even glaze application.
• Following kiln firing, a fifth inspection is performed to test water sealing and ensure the absence of cracks or water leakage.
• Additionally, a sixth inspection assesses the self-cleaning properties and smoothness of the glaze, guaranteeing the product's stain resistance during use.
